Are you struggling to lose weight? I am, ive tried all diets and ive failed, not enough motivation.

Hello Shirleyann blimey thats a lot of weight to lose in a week please be careful. I do hope you get the satisfaction you want i know it is awful carry weight we don't want..

Strange thing you should post about slimming and as you can see i have started our own angels slimming catagory....lol

I have been to Slimming World for 8 weeks and have now lost one stone. If you knew me you would say WOW because i have tried hard at most diets but they did not work. Now i think i am learning to change my eating habits.
I will write more soon but i have to go and watch Eastenders now:haha:
