What role does religion play in your life / what are your thoughts about it?

I see that this poll has no post mmmmm! I think it is because no one wants to feel they are going to upset some one else!

Please dont any one be offended by my post, we all have different views, it does not mean I feel neggative towards any one with different veiws than my own!

I beleive that Religion does cause world troubles, but I feel a lot of troubles caused by it is an excuse!
They say there is a God and that God is love, why then do some countries start war? They say because of religion, well, where in religion does God say to kill, harm another human being?

Maybe there is a God, but then the question, Why so much heartache?, Why so much pain?, Why so much death?
I feel our love is in each and every one of us, in our hearts, its what good your heart feels, it comes from within, its who we are, so is anger and hatred, some have it more than others.
There are those that give there all to others, then there are those that destroy, harm and kill.
It takles all kinds of people to make a world, it's how we choose to live and the choices we make that makes the difference!

I guess we will always have opposites in life, Good and bad, untill bad people change, we will never be at peace!
